Mark became a fitness coach by accident while helping out at a local gym. Little did he know, it would become a passion that led to group fitness classes where attendance grew from only a few people to an international audience.
Coaching over 1000+ clients, Mark has helped educate and lead clients into living a more positive and healthier lifestyle. His training approach is about practicality and sustainability in today's consistently busy landscape of fad diets and unrealistic training programs.
